Stalin and Vlasov

Stalin had revoked Soviet citizenship for all who fought alongside the Germans. Hence there was no legal reason why General Andrei Vlasov of the Russian Liberation Army should have been handed over to the Soviet Union. This decision was another of the long list of treacherous acts performed by the victorious Allies at the end of the war. It was not General Vlasov but Eisenhower who was a traitor.
The hanging of Andrei Vlasov. He is the 3rd man from the left.
